Make a Pear and Ginger Smoothie



  • 30g ginger

  • 1 lime (or lemon)

  • 3 pears

  • 500ml soy milk


  1. Peel the ginger and chop finely.

  2. Peel and cut the pears into chunks.

  3. Put the ginger, pear and soy milk into the blender and blend until smooth.

  4. Cut in the lime (or lemon) in half. Squeeze the juice from the fruit. Add to the smoothie.

  5. Mix again.

  6. Serve immediately as a breakfast smoothie or store it in the refrigerator in an airtight container. Consume within 24 hours.
