Health Benefits

Pineapple

Pineapple juice emerges as a nutritional powerhouse, boasting antioxidants, soluble fibre, and hydrating living water—an ideal combination for those aiming for weight loss.

With over 50% of the daily recommended amount of manganese in just one cup, pineapple juice contributes significantly to energy production and antioxidant defences.

Beyond its nutritional benefits, pineapple is a symbol of immune system fortification, evident in the protective armor surrounding its flesh. The journey from flower to fruit, spanning up to two years, underscores its resilience through all four seasons—twice!

Consuming pineapple imparts its resilient, robust, and energetic nature to us.

In addition to its abundant vitamin C content, comparable to its orange counterpart, pineapple introduces bromelain, an enzyme that aids in suppressing coughs but also can help to loosen mucus associated with colds.

The synergistic power of bromelain and vitamin C transforms pineapple into a formidable agent—combating bacteria, cutting through mucus, suppressing coughs, and elevating the overall immune system.
