Make Tropical Icecreams using the Kuvings Vacuum Blender

Kuvings Tropical Icecreams in moulds

Who doesn’t love a hot day, sitting in the sun, eating an ice cream? Well, it’s even better when the ice cream is a NICE cream and made with healthy, all-natural ingredients. This recipe is so easy to make, you just pop the ingredients into your Kuvings Blender, whizz it up into a super smooth blend and pour it into some Silicone Ice Cream Moulds. Pop them into the freezer for 3-4 hours (best overnight) and you have healthy and delicious ice creams on hand for those warm, sunny days!

This was made in the Kuvings SV500 Vacuum Blender but can also be made with our Kuvings SV400 Vacuum Blender.

Ingredients

  • 2 bananas (fresh or frozen)

  • 1 cup pineapple pieces (fresh or frozen)

  • 3 passion fruit (fresh or frozen)

  • 1 can of organic coconut cream

Method

  1. Prepare your Ice Cream Moulds first. Put them onto a tray that will easily slide into your freezer.

  2. Add all of your ingredients to the jug, place the lid on and touch ‘auto-blend’ and let the blender do its thing.

  3. Pour into prepared Ice Cream Moulds and place into freezer overnight (or 3-4 hours) until set.

  4. Lift from mould and enjoy!

Tips

  • You can mix this recipe up by swapping the tropical flavours for berries and if you like things a bit sweeter, just add 1-2 tbsp of maple syrup before you blend.

  • You can also use fresh or frozen ingredients or a combo of both.
