How to make Soft Cheese - Kuvings Yoghurt Maker

Here's a simple recipe that you can make using the Kuvings Yoghurt Maker.

Ingredients

800 ml Milk (of choice)

60 ml Lemon Juice

Method

  1. Add all ingredients into the Yoghurt Maker bowl.

  2. Hold down the centre button until ‘F’ appears.

  3. Press Menu button, select Cheese.

  4. Cheese will be ready in 6 hours.

  5. After complete, store in the fridge for a minimum of 3 hours to coagulate.

  6. Strain the cheese through the Kuvings Yoghurt Maker strainer into an empty Yoghurt Maker bowl, put on the lid and leave in the fridge for 6 hours.

  7. Cheese is now ready to eat.
