Whether you drizzle it over roasted veggies, dip dumplings into it, or use it as a stir-fry finisher, this sauce brings dishes to life with just the right balance of sweet, savoury, and tangy.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup smooth peanut butter*

  • 1/3 cup water

  • 1/2 tsp cayenne, more to taste

  • 2-3 tbsp lime juice

  • 1 tbsp maple syrup

  • 2 tbsp coconut aminos

  • 1-2 tbsp grated ginger

  • 1 garlic clove

  • 1/2 tsp ground cumin

  • 1/2 tsp ground coriander

Method

  1. Add all ingredients to your Kuvings Vacuum Blender.

  2. Blend on Auto mode until the mixture is creamy and smooth.

  3. Taste and adjust seasoning (add a splash more lime or maple if needed).

  4. Serve and enjoy!
