Make a Morning Sun Juice Recipe
You can almost taste the sunshine with this glass of goodness!
As the morning warms, there’s no better way to start the day than with a fresh, vibrant juice made from bright, sunny ingredients.
This blend bursts with tangy citrus and mellow melon, creating a flavour that’s zesty yet perfectly balanced — never too sweet. Smooth in texture and wonderfully refreshing, it’s like a little ray of sunshine in every sip.
Happy Juicing!

4 tangelo
1/2 rock melon
1/2 lemon
Juice Qty: 850ml
Time: 5 mins
Preparation
Tangelo
Remove the outer skin
Juice whole
Rockmelon (skin on)
Cut into chunks to fit down the chute
Juice with skin on
Seeds can be left in or removed
Lemon
Remove stickers and cut off any hard end points
Slice lemons into rounds with skin on to give more flavour and get more juice from each lemon.
Juicing Method
I started making this juice with the rock melon pieces. Add them in the chute piece by piece letting the press do all the work.
Next add each of the tangelos. They are generally small enough to fit in the wide chute whole. Add one at a time.
Finish with the lemon slices. You can add them all at once.
Tip: Select tangelos with good skin colour, reasonably firm to press and heavy for their size to indicate good juice content.
