Ingredients
2 Grapefruit
1 Carrot
1 Beetroot
1 Apple
5cm piece fresh Ginger
1/8 tsp Cinnamon (infused in 2 tbsp hot water)

This juice was made using the AUTO8 hands-free juicer, but you can adapt the steps to suit your model.
Prep the Grapefruit
Peel the grapefruits, keeping as much of the white pith as possible for added nutrients.
2. Prepare the Cinnamon Infusion
Combine 1/8 tsp cinnamon with 2 tbsp hot water.
Let it steep and cool while you juice the other ingredients.
Carrots
Cut lengthwise to release the core.
Juice with skin on.
AUTO10 users: Cut into 2–3 pieces to fit the hopper.
4. Beetroot
Cut in half, then into quarters.
Slice thinly for easier pressing.
Juice with skin on. (Leaves and stems can be juiced too!)
5. Apple
Remove stem.
Juice whole with skin and seeds.
6. Ginger
Wash and dry.
Slice into thumbnail-sized pieces.
Juice with skin on.
7. Juicing
Load all ingredients (except cinnamon water) into the hopper.
Close the hands-free lid and let the juicer do the work—chopping, pressing, and extracting slowly for maximum nutrition.
8. Finishing Touch
Pour the cooled cinnamon-infused water into the juice.
Stir gently to combine.
9. Serve & Enjoy
Serve over ice or sip slowly to savor the spice.
Tip: Let the juice sit for 5–10 minutes after adding the cinnamon water. This helps the flavours blend and activates the antioxidants.
